Well... congratulations yahoo for completely killing yahoo messenger. No list of buddies?! No indicator of whos on or off?! Jeezus. Ive been using yahoo messenger since the 98 when it came out. Now, its dead.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I cant see any msgs the whole set up is awful. Too confusing and I dont like all the individual msgs in the same window. Bring back the old version. If its not broken why fix it?!?!?

I never write reviews, but I came her to tell u that u r totally wrong, I dont want all of my contacts, I just need the ppl I added my self nothing more, and I wanna see if they are online or not, if u stayed like this I will turn this off and I will use Skype.

A bunch of amateurs messed with a perfectly good application. Cant even "type" the emojis ... hope that implementation team got fired.

I hate the new yahoo messager I like the older version not the new yahoo messager you cant see your friends online or not

This app does not work correctly at all. After the iOS 10 update GIFs no longer work. When you post a GIF, it shows up as a still photo. This worked in the past and now it does not. Yahoo does not respond to support help on this question either. Shame on you!

If it aint broke dont fix it. I hate the new messenger.

This wont let me log in Ive tried 3 times but still cant log in

Not sure what the point of this was; the interface is awkward and the emojis are downright illegible...

... and thats about all. I gave it two stars because it DOES work well- sending alerts when you have messages and sending messages quickly- but you cant see when people are online and that is really stupid as all previous versions were able to do this. Fix that, yahoo, and youll have a bang up of an app!

The app doesnt notify you when you get a new message. Really annoying for when you are waiting on a response from someone.

I just downloaded the new yahoo messenger last night, tried several times to log in with the right username and password, it keep telling me to try again, for almost 25 hours now, I keep getting that, please can you fix that ?

I can see messages that come thru, but the other person never gets my replies.... Cant send or receive pics!! Bring back the old version! It worked FINE!!
